access system for we have been firmly believing that the quality of raw
materials really affects the finished products-the products can't be good
if the raw materials are poor.Our partners and us having been in good

Stainless steel is resistant to corrosion , staining,fire and heat.Its low maintenance, relative inexpense, and familiar luster make it an ideal base material for POP Displays.

We have a workshop for processing metal includes cutting, bending, weldinding, milling, grinding, acid washing, punching, powder cocating etc.
The material comes in forms of sheet ,tubes,rods,wires boards,and the followings

| | Alluminum:
Aluminum does not rust easily, lighter thus more portable.These 2 advantages makes
it an ideal material for POP displays though relatively it costs higher. The material also comes in sheet,wire,rod,board,tube,extrusion.Our technique includes cutting, milling, punching, grinding, powder caoting,bright / matt chrome plating ,zinc plating ,golden finishing etc.
Aluminum is most commonly used in following items:
1.Slatwall insert / rail,slatwall standard componets,spare parts,display arms,hooks,rings
2.Sing frames, sign holders,newspaper racks,portable light boxes,out door light boxes

| | | Acrylic/Plastic/Glass:
We have regular acrylic colors/finishes in: transparent, white, black, red, yellow, bule, golden, silver, fluorescent,opague with color, metalic colors, textured finishes.We have a workshop especially for cutting,grinding, CNC shaping, milling, hole drilling, bending, gluing, polishing and diamond polishing.
It can also be used in injection molding,blow molding and vacumm forming.It usually works as material for signs,hygien food containers/holders,price tages,store display wall panels etc.
In the meantime,we use various kinds of plastic for our POP display items such as PC, PE, PP, PS, PA, ABS, PA, PETG.Different sizes,thickness,colors,shapes and final products are available as per cutomers' needs.As for glass, we have flat glass and curved glass,tempered or untempered both available. |

| | Wood Works:
We use a lot of wood for our point of purchase displays.We use solid wood,MDF/MDFB(Medium density fiber board),plywood,chipboard / particle board.In the mean while ,wood veneer / paper veneer are widely applied as finishings as we as melamine finishings,formica finishings.
They are usually used in following catergories:
1.Display cabinets,display cases,display boxes , wooden containers and other wood fixtures.
2.Slatwall back panels,shelvings/shelves,store furnitures such as chairs & desks,clothes hangers
3.Wooden sign frames,light box frames,poster stand frames,portable A-frames,wall sign holders
4.Literature racks,floor standing or tabletop commodity holders,magazine holders,bulletin boards

| | | Silk Screen Printing:
Our company started the business from silk-sceen printing more than 10 years ago.That's to say ,we are expert in silk screen printing.Our facility allows to print and dry 1000 pcs of pritings every day at maximum. The biggest workable size is 6000mm*2000mm,which is big for silk screen printing.We print in 4 colors ,which means not only black and white can we print also those colorful pictures even with solidity,which is also the advatange of silk screen printing over common printing.
We are capable of printing on almost all types of movable materials such as metal, stainless steel, aluminum, acrylic,plastic, textiles, cardboard, glass,wood and even stones.

| | Assembling/Packing/Shipping:
We have been working in the industry for more than 10 years and we have a group of people with rich experience in knowing the structures of different kinds of POP displays ,which always enables us to sort out a reasonable way to manufacture the items in KD(know-down) way thus to save packing cost and shipping cost which take occur a big part in internetional trade business. Futhermore,we strictly follow the instructions we agree with the customers on assembling, packing and shipping and we would always ask for advice from them in case we find that some amendments maybe needed.As for domestic shipping,we use more wooden packings,While we deliver to oversea market,we use more corrugate cardboard cartons than wooden crates,This is not only for efficiency in packing and unpacking ,alos for saving shipping cost and protecting enviroment. | | |
